Chongqing City Chamber of commerce business association is a unit of non-profitable organization which consisted of investment from overseas Chinese, overseas Chinese and compatriots in Hong Kong and Macao enterprising in Chongqing city and returned overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese enterprises,the group is to coordinate the government and relevant departments, this group is a service agency that is helping support the continuous development of Member companies . The Department is in charge of foreign affairs and overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Chongqing Municipal People's government.

The aims and tasks of Chongqing City Chamber of commerce enterprise are: implement the state policies and relevant laws and regulations, and strive to maintain the legitimate rights and interests of members; lead the overseas Chinese enterprise to manage in a standard and operate in self-discipline, and promote greater development of overseas Chinese enterprises; coordinate harmonious relationship between members and the government departments ,cooperate with the government to improve the investment environment; organize and promote a variety of foreign overseas investment and cooperation, financing, mergers and acquisitions, attract talents, cultural exchange and overseas development assistance activities, To assist the government to attract investment and wisely; organize exhibitions, information conferences, conduct seminars, lectures and other forms of the Forum and economic exchanges, to improve the management level of enterprises, promoting technological progress; to promote exchanges and cooperation between the overseas Chinese and overseas enterprises , Enhancement of capital, technology and markets interactive win-win situation; initiate our members to be public-spirited, to serve our country and promoting social civilization.

Chongqing City Chamber of commerce business association was established in April 2005, it has been seven years since the establishment. The first president of Rongqiao group board of directors was Lin Wenjing. The new term aspiring chairman as a member of the CPPCC National Committee and Zhangyin, Chairman of The Nine Dragon Paper Ltd as executive vice president of The Overseas China Enterprise Association.

In accordance to the national future development outline and spirit of the Overseas Chinese affairs and the requirements from the city’s overseas Chinese affairs work conference towards Chong Qing City chamber of commerce business association, a general arrangement will be conducted by the Chong Qing City chamber of commerce business association soon. 　　Adjust the expansion of the leading bodies of the Council, to further clarify their working thoughts, innovative working platform, expansion of services, freshen the resources of the Association, to push forward enterprises to participate in China’s inland - highland open construction and encourage enterprise to "go out" to achieve greater development. 　　Therefore, the association plans to nurture a batch of members who will undertake work at the chamber of commerce from our city foreign related departments, enterprises and individual units. 　　With the chinese chamber of commerce as the "bridge", positive integration into the economic globalization and rapidly promote and develop the Chamber of Commerce industry, we ask for the relevant departments and individuals to make positive recommendation with full passion, full attention and full support.
